Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store activities, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative work environment
- Oversee food preparation , maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Manage stock levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure product availability
- Enforce food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all areas of the store
- Assist with serving customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly
- Train new staff , including customer service protocols, and health & safety procedures
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a food or retail environment
- Strong team management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate others
- relevant experience and confidence to delegate to others.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience in a hospitality leadership / supervisor roles is advantageous but not essential
