Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
- Supervise and motivate staff across all departments, including food preparation, serving, barista services, and kitchen teams.
- Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Coordinate food production and culinary activities to deliver quality dishes consistently.
- Manage team schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated workforce.
- Maintain excellent customer relations by addressing guest feedback promptly and professionally.
- Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills.
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
- Background in culinary arts or hospitality management preferred; hotel experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent communication skills.
