Established for over 15 years, Ashley MOT & Service Centre is one of Surrey’s leading independent garages, and we’re seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our front-of-house team.

The Role
- Deliver a professional and friendly front-of-house service
- Managing your own jobs from start to finish
- Oversee bookings, workshop workflow and vehicle progression
- Liaise closely with customers and technicians
- Prepare accurate quotations and obtain authorisation
- Provide timely updates and manage customer expectations
- Coordinate parts, invoicing and vehicle records
- Support a smooth customer journey from booking to collection
About You
- Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
- Strong knowledge of servicing and repair processes
- Confident managing a busy service desk and workshop diary
- Clear communication with customers and technicians
- Organised, efficient and able to use your own initiative
