- Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any special requests or concerns
- Upsell menu items and beverages to maximize guest enjoyment and restaurant revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not mandatory; a positive attitude is essential!
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and order calculations
- Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food handling and preparation processes
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact with guests confidently
