We are thrilled to announce a unique career opportunity to join our team as a Cardiac Diagnostics Assistant. Our position is based in the heart of London, extending across to our satellite clinics, thus promising a dynamic and engaging work environment.
Your Role Will Encompass:
· Performing venepuncture (phlebotomy) safely and efficiently
· Conducting and recording electrocardiograms (ECGs) where trained
· Preparing and fitting and ambulatory blood pressure (ABP) and Holter monitors, including data handling
· Preparing patients for diagnostic procedures, ensuring comfort and clear communication
· Maintaining accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols
· Supporting clinicians in delivering timely and effective cardiac assessments
- Working between our Central London clinics to share and enhance your skills across a broader patient demographic.
We're in search of someone with:
- Certification and proven experience in phlebotomy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience performing, interesting and escalating ECGs
- Familiarity with ABP and Holter monitor fitting and analysis
- Previous experience in a cardiology or diagnostic environment
- Knowledge of clinical governance and infection control standards

Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
