We are seeking a talented and professional Beautician to join our dynamic team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality treatments, managing guest relations, and supporting the overall operation of the salon. A strong emphasis on customer service, management skills, and social media management is essential to promote our brand and enhance client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Must be well experienced in manicures, pedicures, gel manicures.
- Deliver a wide range of beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, lash lifts, Brows, threading, and nails.
- Manage guest services efficiently, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and personalised experience for each client.
- Handle front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining accurate records.
- Utilise social media management skills to promote services, share updates, and engage with clients online to grow the salon’s online presence.
- Upsell additional treatments or products to maximise client satisfaction and business revenue.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Assist with management tasks such as stock control, organising promotional events, and supporting team members as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively to clients’ needs and offering tailored recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques through continuous professional development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in beauty therapy or related fields such as management or hospitality is desirable.
- Skills in social media management to effectively promote services and engage with clients online.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanour and professional attitude.
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently while maintaining organisational skills.
- Experience in upselling products or services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to beauty therapy environments.
- A recognised qualification in beauty therapy or cosmetology is preferred but not essential if complemented by relevant experience.
