Job Purpose
As a Property Manager, the role will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring tenancies run smoothly from start to finish. The role will be responsible for managing tenant relations, property maintenance, financial performance and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This position requires strong communication, problem solving and management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant Management
- Handle leasing and renewals and rent increases
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Enforce lease agreements and property rules.
Maintenance & Operations
- Coordinate routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and landlord services.
- Conduct/organise regular property inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Financial Management
- Chase arrears and enforce payment terms
- Negotiate renewals, rent increases and tenancy changes.
- Manage deposit returns and resolving disputes professionally
Administrative & Legal
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, leases, and tenant files.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant certification
- Liaise with 3rd party insurance providers or solicitors over legal disputes
A full UK Driving Licence required

Pay: From £28,089.10 per year
