Due to ever increasing workload, we are seeking a reliable, keen & trustworthy assistant gardener / soft landscaper to work on high end maintenance contracts & projects, support our skilled horticulturalists & forge a rewarding career in Horticulture.
The salary for the position is £27500-£28500 with huge potential to progress through the company.

Lets talk money:
There is a salary of £27500-£28500 (dependant on experience) pay will be reviewed annually with huge potential for increases for the right candidate willing to learn the trade and progress through the company.

- You'll be a good people person, able to communicate with staff & clients
- You'll have a keen interest in creating & caring for gardens, plants & horticulture as a whole
- You'll have the desire to progress through the company, learning the required skillset to create a long term career for yourself
- You'll be as fun & easy going as the rest of us!
- You'll have some experience in a similar role
- You'll be extremely reliable, hard working, polite, able to work alone or as part of a team and follow instructions
What your typical day will look like:
7-7:30am: Arrive to our yard, load / pick up company vehicle, catch up with the team and head to site
7:50am: Arrive on site, have a chat with the team leader and prepare for your day
8:00am: Completing on site tasks creating amazing gardens!
10:00am: Break time
10:30am: Completing on site tasks working towards those beautiful finishes!
1:00pm: Lunch time
1:30pm: Back to maintaining and creating gardens!
4:00pm: Start to tidy site
4:30pm: Head back to the yard & head off home
*every day will be slightly different & depend on site location
