-
Manage queries and issues raised by branches relating to investment and project works, ensuring these are followed up and resolved promptly.

Request and review quotes, ensuring details are accurate before submitting them to the Senior Investment Delivery Manager for approval.
-
Support the Investment Delivery Managers with project administration, reporting, documentation and actions.

Work closely with the Estates Coordinator on approvals, landlord queries and other estate-related issues.
-
Support with Health & Safety, Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) and Equality-related matters.

-
Support with utilities reports and issues across the Well Pharmacy estate.
The Ideal Candidate

Excellent organisational and communication skills.
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
-
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
-
Financial and budget awareness, with an understanding of purchase orders, quotes and invoices.
