Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to join our factory floor team in the food manufacturing sector. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of the production line and incoming goods to ensure compliance with food safety standards and company quality policies.
- Implement and monitor HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) plans to identify potential hazards and establish control measures.
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating quality assurance procedures to improve product consistency and safety.
- Analyze production data and quality metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate to address non-conformances, investigate quality incidents, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, audits, deviations, and corrective actions for regulatory compliance and internal review.
- Support training initiatives by educating staff on quality standards, safety protocols, and best practices on the factory floor.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food manufacturing or a related quality assurance role within a factory setting.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations applicable to manufacturing environments.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and recommend effective solutions.
- Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple inspections and documentation tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with production teams, management, and external auditors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications in quality assurance or food safety are preferred but not mandatory.
