Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Co-ordinator to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting sales operations, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the smooth administration of sales activities and additionally support the marketing team with administrative support & data collation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills and a passion for customer service to contribute to the growth of our organisation. Duties
- Manage and update customer information using CRM software to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Support sales team with administrative tasks including order processing, invoicing, and documentation management.
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales department.
- Maintain organised records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies by providing relevant data analysis and insights.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client enquiries via phone or email.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM software such as Sage or similar platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrable computer literacy and IT skills essential for efficient sales administration.
- Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on sales support or customer service.
- Ability to utilise organisational tools such as time management techniques to meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of computer literacy tools including Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook for effective communication and presentation purposes.
