Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team in the Ebbw Vale this will be days on a 4 on 4 off rota 12 hour day shifts, this role is vital in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises while supporting our company's mission of excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor premises through surveillance systems and patrol designated areas to ensure safety.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to protect client assets.
- Operate CCTV equipment effectively to oversee security operations.
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary, demonstrating care and professionalism.
- Report security incidents accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold security protocols.
- Maintain detailed logs of activities and incidents.
- Support the overall safety initiatives of the organization.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in security or related fields.
- Knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and loss prevention techniques.
- First aid certification is highly desirable.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
