As a Nursery Practitioner with Apple Blossom you will be instrumental in creating a safe, fun, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children to learn, grow, and develop essential skills.

Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development across all areas of early childhood education.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that meets all health and safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with children to support their emotional well-being, independence, and social skills.
- Communicate effectively with other professionals, parents and guardians about children's progress, needs, and achievements.
- Follow daily routines such as meal times, sleep, focussed activities, and learning activities with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Observe and record children's progress against known developmental milestones, following the EYFS and using company software.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and nursery policies while fostering a positive team culture focused on continuous improvement.
Your experience / key attributes
- Experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood setting.
- Knowledge of the EYFS.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices in childcare.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
- Experience in planning educational activities that support developmental milestones.
- A full and relevant childcare qualifications at Level 3 or higher.
- A fun and outgoing "can-do" attitude and boundless energy.

Pay: From £12.86 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
