Waiter / Waitress – Three Flames Steakhouse
Three Flames Steakhouse, an award-winning steakhouse in Wakefield, is looking for an experienced and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team.
We operate in a fast-paced, busy environment and pride ourselves on delivering excellent food, attentive service, and consistently high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional and attentive service to every guest.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Maintain strong knowledge of our menu, steaks, drinks and specials.
- Confidently recommend and upsell food and beverages.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams during busy services.
- Maintain clean, organised tables and service areas.
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
- Uphold our high standards of presentation, cleanliness and hospitality at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a waiter/waitress or similar front-of-house role.
- Experience working in a busy restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confident, professional and well presented.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive team attitude.
