Job Purpose:
The core role and responsibility of the Client project coordinator is to manage the documentation required for the projects being undertaken for our clients This key function is undertaken to ensure complete visibility is achieved on the required H&S, schedules and design documentation demands
Additionally the role entails reporting faults and changes and supporting with innovation development of the account manager The colleague will be working closely with engineers and client management to get sites updated and faults escalated
Key Accountabilities:
- Detailing engineer RAMs, H&S assessments
- Updating drawings and icons as and when changes are made on site
- Receiving weekly reports to establish any issues across the estate and report faults to the relevant stakeholders
- Using Microsoft Office
- Chase all engineers to ensure work is completed within SLA
- Assisting with security investigations by providing information regarding the functionality of the kit and CCTV footage where available
- The role is office based; however site visits may occasionally be required
- Update any SOPs and assigning weekly tasks for completion
- Assist with the creating and compiling of reports for Senior Management upon request
- Answering email and phone queries from client stores and colleagues regarding multiple systems
- Supporting the store and office colleagues when required

- An understanding in PCs and networks would be advantageous
