We have a dynamic Housing Options and Homelessness Team and are looking to expand this further with a new post.

What you will need:
We are seeking to recruit a Lettings Assessor with a responsibility to work with the team to provide support to our Housing Register.
You should be an organised and self-motivated person with a good eye for detail to assess applications in line with our Lettings policy. You will be required to deal with initial enquiries from customers and registered provider landlords representing the council with a professional image. You should be creative and an excellent team player.
