H Mart Group was originally founded in 1982 in Woodside, Queen. After a successful expansion over decades. H Mart is the largest Asian American supermarket chain, operating over 100 stores in North America as well as New Malden store in London.
The Role and Day to Day Duties
- Serving customers.
- Preparing, skinning, filleting, and deboning different varieties of fish and crustaceans.
- Receiving and signing in deliveries.
- Manage and control stock rotation, weighing, packaging, and labelling.
- Being proactive in minimising waste to produce optimum production yield.
- Maintaining and cleaning preparation area.
- Complying with health & safety and legal standards at all times.
Essential Requirements:
- High level of health and safety awareness
- Retail experience is desired.
- Fish experience is not necessary but preferable.

Work Schedule
- 40 hours per week, worked over 5 days on a rota basis.
- 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour unpaid break.
- Weekend availability is required
