The successful candidate will play a crucial role in renting and selling our properties within our busy office.
Responsibilities:
- Help match applicants to their new home
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants.
- Agree Rent and terms of the let.
- Maintain accurate records of property listings and transactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth transactions and excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices.
