We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Advisor to join our growing team in Liverpool, UK.

Your Responsibilities
As a Retail Sales Advisor, you'll:
- Welcome customers and deliver a friendly, professional, and engaging shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Build positive customer relationships through excellent service and product knowledge.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure the sales floor is well organised.
- Replenish stock and assist with inventory management.
- Support promotional campaigns, seasonal displays, and in-store marketing activities.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service objectives.
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and professional development training.
