Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders for food and beverages, including catering requests and special dietary needs
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including barista offerings and daily specials, to answer guest questions confidently
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times
- Handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly and courteously
Skills
- Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality environments preferred
- Knowledge of catering, serving techniques, and food safety practices
- Barista experience is a plus, with familiarity in preparing coffee and specialty beverages
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
