Trading Stars Ltd is a growing UK eCommerce business selling across a range of major online marketplaces. We work with established brands as well as our own private label ranges. We are a small team, which means the work is varied and you will see the direct result of what you do.
The Role
This is a hands-on role with two sides to it. You will be responsible for keeping stock flowing into the business and out to our fulfilment channels, and for running our packing days on the warehouse floor.
On the ordering side, you will work out what needs reordering and when, raise purchase orders with suppliers, chase deliveries and make sure both our own warehouse and our external fulfilment centres stay in stock. Over time you will take on more responsibility for supplier relationships and pricing.
On the warehouse side, you will run packing sessions around three days a week, preparing stock for dispatch to fulfilment centres, printing and issuing labels, directing the warehouse team through the work and booking shipments in with carriers.
You will report to our Operations Manager. Full training is provided on our systems and on marketplace fulfilment processes. We do not expect anyone to arrive knowing how our channels work.
