We’re growing our Manchester team and looking for a dynamic Marketing Assistant who brings strong communication skills, ambition, and a hands-on approach to driving face-to-face engagement. You’ll lead on-site customer acquisition efforts across live pop-ups, promotional venues, and high-footfall locations throughout the city, taking ownership of performance targets and personal growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing interactive setups at active promotional locations across Manchester
- Participating in daily on-site briefings, target setting, pitch workshops, and team huddles
- Engaging directly with prospective buyers to deliver persuasive brand presentations and drive customer acquisition
- Assisting customers through digital account registrations while maintaining high service standards
- Tracking daily performance benchmarks, evaluating conversion rates, and optimizing communication strategies on the floor
- Mentoring newer team members to improve objection handling, presentation techniques, and customer service skills
- Collaborating with team leads to hit weekly and monthly campaign targets
The Person We’re Looking For
- Confident, persuasive communicator who excels in direct engagement and rapport building
- Motivated by performance-based goals and calm under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working on your feet during active shifts
- Available to work full-time on-site across Manchester locations
Experience in marketing support, customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or event coordination is welcome, but not essential. We provide comprehensive paid training—you just need to bring drive and great social skills.
