I Love Fancy Dress Limited is a rapidly expanding family-owned company specializing in designing and manufacturing costumes and accessories. With a strong online presence and a diverse wholesale catalogue, our goal is to become the leading and largest fancy dress provider in our region.
We are looking for a creative and commercially minded AI Product Image & Marketplace Content Designer to support the creation of high-quality product imagery for our online marketplaces.
The successful candidate will use a combination of AI image-generation tools, Adobe Illustrator and other design software to create professional, engaging product images that accurately represent the products we sell.
This is not simply an AI prompting role. The candidate must have a strong eye for detail and be able to bring together AI-generated backgrounds, lifestyle scenes, graphics, text and genuine product photography to produce realistic and polished final images.
A key part of the role will be ensuring that AI-generated content does not alter the appearance, proportions, colour, features or functionality of the actual product. Customers must receive a product that accurately reflects what they have seen within the listing.
Marketplace or e-commerce experience would be a significant advantage, particularly experience creating images for platforms such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay or other online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
* Create high-quality main images, lifestyle images, infographics and product feature images for online marketplace listings.
* Use AI tools to create realistic lifestyle settings, backgrounds, models, props and supporting visual elements.
* Combine AI-generated content with genuine product photography using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar software.
* Ensure products remain accurate and realistic within every image, including their colour, size, proportions, materials and features.
* Retouch and enhance existing product photographs where required.
* Create clear infographic images that communicate product benefits, dimensions, quantities and key selling points.
* Follow marketplace image guidelines, brand standards and internal quality requirements.
* Review product samples, packaging and product information before creating imagery.
* Work closely with the photography, creative and product-listing teams.
* Manage multiple products and image projects while meeting agreed deadlines.
* Review completed images carefully for visual errors, misleading details or AI-generated inconsistencies.
* Research competitor listings and identify ways to improve the quality and commercial effectiveness of our product imagery.
* Help develop efficient AI-assisted processes for producing images at scale.
#Essential Skills and Experience
* Confident using AI image-generation and image-editing tools.
* Competent using Adobe Illustrator.
* Experience using Adobe Photoshop or equivalent image-editing software.
* Strong understanding of composition, lighting, scale, perspective and visual consistency.
* Ability to combine genuine product images with AI-generated scenes convincingly.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to recognise and correct common AI errors.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
* Able to work independently while following a clear brief.
* A commercial mindset and an understanding that product images must both look attractive and accurately represent the item being sold.
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Previous marketplace, e-commerce or online retail experience.
* Experience creating imagery for Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay or similar platforms.
* Knowledge of marketplace main-image and secondary-image requirements.
* Experience creating product infographics, comparison charts and dimension images.
* An understanding of how product imagery affects click-through rates and conversion.
* Experience working with a large product catalogue or producing creative content at scale.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
