Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Care Assistant to provide high-quality support to individuals within their own homes. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting with daily activities, ensuring residents' comfort, and promoting their independence. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through personalised care and support.

- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support individuals with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring safety at all times
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as required
- Follow care plans meticulously to meet each resident’s specific needs
- Maintain accurate records of care provided using IT systems
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure consistent care delivery
- Support residents in engaging with social activities and maintaining their well-being
- Drive residents to appointments or outings when necessary, adhering to safety protocols
Experience
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable individuals
- *A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle*
- Full Right to Work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot provide spοnsοrship or vіsa transfer)
- Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Ability to follow care plans
- Previous healthcare assistant experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Pay: £13.80-£14.00 per hour
