We are seeking a detail-orientated, reliable, and highly creative Bead and Stringing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will bring technical jewellery-making skills to life, crafting and repairing beautiful pieces while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Duties
- Jewellery Production & Repair: Execute high-quality stringing, knotting, and assembly for a variety of beaded jewellery designs.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional, face-to-face assistance to customers, helping them with custom designs, repairs, and general enquiries.
- Problem Solving: Assess broken or complex jewellery pieces and determine the best techniques to restore or recreate them.
- Studio Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organised workstation and manage delicate tools and materials responsibly.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and follow detailed instructions
- Attention to detail is essential for proofreading labels, inspecting finished products, and ensuring quality standards are met
Technical Skills:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in jewellery stringing techniques.
- Material Mastery: Must be fully proficient in utilising tiger tail & silks.
- Advanced Techniques (Strong Advantage): Experience with precision knotting, braiding, and wire wrapping is an advantage, but not necessary.
- Dexterity: Excellent fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for working with small, intricate components.

Requirements & Schedule
- Availability: Must be able to work a minimum of two to three days a week, with flexibility to take on overtime during peak seasons or busy periods.
- Practical Evaluation: Candidates must successfully pass a hands-on bench test during the interview process to demonstrate their technical stringing skills.
