Overview
We are looking for Vehicle Breakdown and Recovery Technicians for our depot at Blyth, Worksop.
We have a positions for a 12 ton recovery truck drivers / technicians. Previous experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given. A good basic knowledge of vehicles is required as you will be attending broken down and accident damaged vehicles throughout the area, carrying out minor repairs where possible or recovering the vehicles to a repairer. Class 1 (C+E) Licence required.
Successful applicants must be able to pass a full CRB check. Previous experience is a distinct advantage.
We provide a breakdown and recovery service, attending stranded motorists. Therefore we require employees who are enthusiastic , hard working , trustworthy and self motivated who are capable of taking control and giving exceptional service to our customers, whilst having good communication skills in stressful and all weathers situations.
Due to the nature of our business there are some compulsory nights and weekends on call.
No 2 days are the same in this job and there is the ability to progress withing the company.
Expected earnings are £40 - £50 k per year
