Position: Home to School Transport Drivers - Driver Role
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport Special Needs (SEN) or vulnerable children and adults to and from school, college, or day care centers
- Operate effectively, ensuring safety and flexibility while supporting the company's overall operation
- Establish positive and professional relationships with passengers, their carers/parents, and key personnel at the establishments they attend
- Maintain the vehicle in a roadworthy, clean, and tidy condition at all times
- Be available for both morning and afternoon shifts on all school days

- Drive a modern fleet with an average vehicle age of less than 2 years
Driver Responsibilities:
- Hold a valid UK driving license
- Drive a company-supplied vehicle, including cars, 8-seat people carriers, and larger wheelchair-accessible vehicles (all drivable with a car license); previous experience is beneficial but not essential
- Secure and maintain the provided vehicle at a safe and convenient location
- Be 25 years of age or above for vehicle insurance purposes
- Pass an enhanced criminal record check, as you will be working with children, young persons, and/or vulnerable adults
- Complete a medical to comply with licensing standards
- Have the right to work in the UK
