The Ideal Junior Sous Chef:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Senior Chef de Partie, or Junior Sous Chef.

City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery, or equivalent qualification (desirable).

A passion for fresh ingredients and high-quality food.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP procedures.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

A positive, team-focused approach with a genuine desire to enhance residents' dining experiences.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Head Chef with the daily operation of the kitchen.

Preparing and cooking fresh, nutritious meals to a consistently high standard.

Assisting and supporting kitchen colleagues when required.

Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health and safety, and HACCP standards.
