Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, reliable and ideally experienced Sealant/Mastic Applicator to join our team. You will be expected to attend sites across the North East and Yorkshire and therefor having a driving licence is essential. Experience is applying sealant/silicone is preferred but training will be provided if needed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or priming to ensure optimal adhesion of sealants and mastics
- Apply sealants and mastics accurately along joints, seams, and gaps using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct inspections to verify proper application and address any deficiencies promptly
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials responsibly
- Communicate with site team and other employees when on site
Skills
- CSCS card
- Experience in applying sealants
- Experience in working on building/construction sites
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites and handling hazardous materials
Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour
