About the Role
We are looking for a confident, friendly and reliable Multi-Skilled Front Desk & Bar/Restaurant Team Member to join our hotel team.
This is a hands-on hospitality role where you will work across reception and food & beverage, helping us deliver a smooth and welcoming guest experience at all times.
Previous hotel experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Duties:
- Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out
- Handle reservations, enquiries and guest requests
- Process payments accurately
- Manage telephone and email communications
- Ensure reception area remains professional and organised
Bar & Restaurant Duties:
- Assist with breakfast and restaurant service
- Take food and drink orders
- Serve beverages and meals professionally
- Support bar service when required
- Set up and clear tables
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year hotel experience required
- Previous front desk and/or bar/restaurant experience preferred
- Confident using hotel systems (PMS/POS experience an advantage)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Professional, well presented and proactive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
