What will the role involve?
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will help create an exceptional guest experience by ensuring our dining area and service spaces are presented and operated to the highest standards. With meticulous attention to detail, you will oversee the smooth delivery of food and drink service, ensure tables are beautifully set, service stations are fully stocked, and premium food and beverage offerings are presented with care and consistency. A true team player, you will confidently support the team on the floor, assist with service supervision, and help uphold our reputation for outstanding hospitality and quality service. You will also be given the chance to shine on your own in the absence of the owner/manager to control service and do close downs as well as counting the daily till.
As an Assistant Manager you will have previous food and beverage experience ideally in a supervisory role or looking to take the next step in your career path, with the confidence to lead and inspire a team while also working independently in a fast-paced, busy hospitality environment. We are looking for proactive and enthusiastic candidates that have a willing attitude and a welcoming and friendly nature. You will have passion and pride in delivering exceptional, high-quality, personalised service to ensure our guests experiences are memorable.
This is a full-time role working 5 days Tuesday - Saturday on a rota basis, 38 – 48 hours per week, which may vary depending on business. Sundays & Mondays are set days off.
