Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily boutique operations and customer service
- Deliver a professional and personalised client experience
- Monitor individual and boutique sales performance
- Support customers with jewellery selections and product enquiries
- Develop relationships with new and returning clients
- Maintain high standards of product presentation
- Coordinate opening and closing procedures
- Monitor stock levels and product availability
- Maintain accurate jewellery and inventory records
- Support stock counts and reconciliation activities
- Review sales results and prepare routine performance reports
- Handle customer enquiries and service concerns professionally
- Coordinate appointments and private client consultations
- Maintain customer relationship management records
- Support promotional activities and client events
- Guide and support boutique team members
- Monitor daily priorities and employee workloads
- Maintain appropriate security and confidentiality procedures
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Three or more years of experience in luxury retail, jewellery, premium fashion, or high-value customer service
- Experience managing customer relationships and sales targets
- Previous responsibility for coordinating staff or daily store operations
- Jewellery experience is beneficial but not essential

- Strong luxury customer-service abilities
- Confident sales and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Good commercial awareness
- Ability to work with sales targets and performance data
- Professional and polished customer communication
- Good team coordination and leadership abilities

Education
- Qualifications in Business, Retail, Luxury Management, Jewellery, or a related subject are beneficial
- Relevant professional experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications
Pay: £42,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
