About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Trades Person to join our property maintenance team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long‑term career in joinery, property repairs and general building maintenance.
You will work alongside experienced tradespeople and learn skills including:
- Basic Joinery doors, skirting, stud walls.
- Plaster Patching small repairs, making good.
- Painting & Decorating preparation, finishing.
- Minor Plumbing Repairs taps, leaks, seals.
- General Property Maintenance social housing and private properties.
Full training is provided. You will gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of trades.

- Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions
- Good communication skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
- Interest in property maintenance or construction

Qualifications
- Willing to learn or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools relevant to plastering work.
- Knowledge of masonry techniques is advantageous.
- Ability to perform basic carpentry tasks is a plus.
- Familiarity with bricklaying processes can enhance your application.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent finishing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary.
