Job Summary
As a Hotel Duty Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our hotel operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service excellence. You will oversee daily front-of-house activities, supervise staff, and handle guest concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments deliver outstanding guest services
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve service excellence and uphold hotel standards
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Manage emergency situations or incidents with calm professionalism, coordinating with relevant departments
- Support human resources functions such as staff scheduling, training, and performance feedback
- Maintain a safe, secure environment for guests and staff by enforcing safety protocols
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team toward common goals
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on positive resolutions and personalized experiences
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing, training, and employee relations
- Solid understanding of hotel operations, including front desk management and hospitality standards
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments with excellent problem-solving capabilities
Pay: £31,000.00 per year
