About the Role
Based within our Colchester branch, you'll work closely with estate agency colleagues to support first-time buyers, home movers, investors and remortgage customers throughout their property journey. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find the right financial solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting detailed fact-finds to understand customers' goals and financial circumstances.
- Advising customers on mortgage and protection products tailored to their needs.
- Managing your customers through every stage of the home-buying process.
- Building strong relationships with estate agency colleagues to maximise referral opportunities.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Maintaining high levels of compliance and professionalism in line with FCA requirements.
What We're Looking For
- CeMAP qualified or currently studying towards qualification.
- A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering excellent service.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Driven, motivated and keen to build a long-term career in financial services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a customer-first approach.
