Southern Plasticlad Ltd is a well-established, family-run home improvement company with over 30 years of experience. We specialise in supplying and installing high-quality windows, doors, conservatories, Guardian Warm Roofs, fascia, soffits, guttering and roofing throughout Bristol, Bath and the surrounding areas.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced, motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team.
The Role
You'll attend pre-booked appointments with homeowners, discuss their requirements, provide expert advice and design solutions to suit their needs. You'll prepare quotations, follow up enquiries and help customers transform their homes with our quality products and exceptional service.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Attend pre-booked appointments with homeowners.
- Listen to customers' needs and recommend suitable products.
- Measure and assess properties where required.
- Prepare accurate quotations using our pricing system.
- Follow up quotations and convert enquiries into sales.
- Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Represent Southern Plasticlad professionally at all times.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience selling windows, doors, conservatories or home improvement products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A confident and professional approach.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target driven.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends to suit customer appointments.
Desirable
- Experience selling Guardian Warm Roofs or conservatory roofs.
- Knowledge of the glazing or roofing industry.
- Experience using Window Design systems.
