Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and structural components
- Use schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues with machinery or electrical installations
- Carry out welding, mechanical repairs, and other hands-on tasks with precision and safety awareness
- Manage small projects or supervise maintenance activities to ensure timely completion
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance purposes
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Proven experience in general maintenance, repair work, or handyman services with a focus on electrical, mechanical, or plumbing tasks
- Strong knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting purposes
- Skilled in welding, electrical work, and mechanical repairs with relevant certifications preferred
- Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) or similar automation systems is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively
- Supervising experience or leadership skills are advantageous for overseeing maintenance projects or junior staff
- Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and safety compliance

Pay: From £14.00 per hour
