Overview

Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations in the absence of management, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with shoppers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
- Supervise team members, offering guidance, training, and support to promote a positive work environment
- Manage merchandising displays to maximize visual appeal and sales potential
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, inventory checks, and security protocols
- Assist with sales management by achieving targets and encouraging team performance through motivation and coaching
- Maintain organizational standards by ensuring cleanliness, stock replenishment, and adherence to company policies
Experience
- Proven supervisory or team management experience within a retail setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and reporting
- Experience in sales management and merchandising strategies that drive results
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management abilities
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is highly desirable
