!! We're Hiring !!
Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference every day? At Oot and Aboot, we're looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to provide person-centered support for a couple of individuals in their own homes and within the local community.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll support individuals to maintain independence, achieve personal goals, and enjoy the activities that are important to them. As well as providing support with daily living and household tasks, you'll accompany them to a range of social and leisure activities throughout the week.
Regular activities include attending bowls at the life centre and supporting the community to meet up with friends. Other support includes going shopping and accessing the community for enjoyable activities like going out for breakfast.
At Oot and Aboot, person-centered support is at the heart of everything we do. We believe every individual deserves to be treated with respect, dignity, and compassion, with support tailored to their unique needs, preferences, and aspirations. Our aim is to empower the people we support to live fulfilling, meaningful, and independent lives, and we're looking for someone who shares these values and is passionate about making a positive difference.
Our Values are * Inclusion * Empowerment * Passion *
If you share these values, we'd love to hear from you!
