About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Inside Sales Manager to support our sales team and wider business operations. This dual-role position combines sales support, lead management and general administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the business.
You will play a key role in helping generate, qualify, and nurture leads, while also providing essential administrative support across sales, customer communication and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales Support
- Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Qualify leads and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information
- Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals and sales documentation.
- Maintain regular contact with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Assist in identifying new sales opportunities through research and outreach.
- Support conversion of leads into customers by ensuring prompt and professional communication
- Attend exhibitions and in-person demonstrations as required.
Administrative Duties
- Provide general office and administrative support to the team.
- Maintain and organise digital records, documents and filing systems.
- Assist with data entry, reporting and basic analysis of sales performance.
- Coordinate internal meetings, take minutes where required.
- Support onboarding of new clients or partners from an admin perspective
- Manage scheduling, calendars and correspondence for the sales function
- Help ensure CRM and internal systems are kept accurate and up to date

Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a sales support, customer service or administrative role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Confident telephone manner and customer-focused attitude.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

- Experience in SaaS, education, or social impact sectors.
- Familiarity with HubSpot.
- Good understanding of sales pipelines and lead generation processes.
- Experience working in a small or fast-paced business environment.
