Duties
- Greet guests, creating a welcoming environment from the moment they arrive
- Accurately took food and beverage orders, prepared drinks, and efficiently served both food and beverages to customers while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Provide attentive guest service by checking on tables regularly, addressing needs, and upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure all health standards are met
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of serving procedures, food safety standards, and basic food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing and transactions
- Familiarity with food preparation or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- A team-oriented mindset with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Willingness to learn new skills such as upselling techniques and food safety practices
Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 45.0 per week
