Gardener wanted to join established professional garden design and maintenance team - working across Bath & Wilts.
We provide a bespoke organic, contemporary and sustainable garden design service to our extensive client base in Wiltshire & Bath. We look after private estates, residential gardens and kitchen gardens.

The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and passionate gardeners to join our team. Gardening work will include general garden maintenance tasks (pruning, border maintenance, hedge trimming etc) . The role also includes some soft landscaping projects - planting, clearing a site, working together with our landscapers - this can include some heavy lifting. Some projects include building and planting wildlife ponds. You will be expected to take care of tools, vehicles and all property of Earthcare Garden design Ltd. As part of the role you will be required to drive the company vans from time to time so the candidate should be a confident driver.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a similar maintenance role or equivalent is essential.
A recognised horticultural qualification is preferred - minimum RHS Level 2 certificate.
The successful candidate will have a passion for horticulture, making and maintaining beautiful gardens, be committed and have an eye for detail. You will be a hardworking team player with strong problem solving skills, along with a ‘can do’ attitude and a desire to support others in the team.
The successful candidate should be reliable, Flexible, friendly, with excellent interpersonal skills. Existing knowledge and experience of horticulture is essential.
Must be willing to travel and be prepared for early start times.

Pay: £21,500 -£26,000 (pro rata depending on experience). This calculates on average as between £12.30-£13.33 per hour dependent on experience and/or qualifications
