Abelini Ltd is hiring an experienced Fine Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our showroom team in Hatton Garden. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in fine jewellery sales who can guide clients through engagement rings, wedding rings, bespoke jewellery and luxury purchases with confidence and care.
What you'll do
- Welcome clients and deliver a warm, professional luxury showroom experience
- Conduct in-person, telephone and online consultations
- Recommend suitable jewellery, diamonds, gemstones and bespoke design options based on client needs
- Explain diamond grading, craftsmanship, settings and manufacturing processes clearly
- Support customers with bespoke jewellery design tailored to their requirements
- Follow up enquiries promptly and maintain accurate CRM records
- Build strong long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business
- Achieve and exceed individual and showroom sales targets
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and with empathy
- Help maintain excellent showroom presentation and support the wider sales team
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience in fine jewellery sales
- Experience with bespoke jewellery and made-to-order products
- Strong knowledge of natural and lab grown diamonds
- Good understanding of diamond grading, gemstones and precious metals
- Experience working with luxury clients
- Proven sales success and strong conversion skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
- Confidence using CRM systems and new software
- Strong attention to detail and a professional presentation
- Organised, proactive and positive approach in a fast-paced retail environment
Nice to have
- Experience in Hatton Garden or another luxury jewellery retailer
- Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing or CAD design processes
- Experience with bespoke commissions
- Understanding of repairs, resizing and aftercare services
