Experienced Vehicle Mechanic / Technician –Family-Run Garage, Bexleyheath
We are a friendly, established family-run garage based in Bexleyheath and are looking for an experienced Vehicle Mechanic / Technician to join our team.
We pride ourselves on providing an honest, reliable and personal service to our customers, and we’re looking for someone who shares the same approach. This is a great opportunity to join a welcoming, down-to-earth garage where you’ll be treated as part of the team rather than just another number.
The Role
You’ll be working on a wide variety of makes and models,carrying out work including:
- Servicing and general vehicle maintenance
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Brakes, suspension, clutches and timing belts
- General mechanical repairs
- Preparing vehicles for MOTs
- Identifying faults and advising on necessary repairs
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has good experience working as a vehicle mechanic/technician
- Is confident carrying out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs
- Can diagnose faults and work independently
- Takes pride in their work and maintains a high standard
- Is reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Works well as part of a small, friendly team
- Has a full UK driving licence
Relevant qualifications are desirable, although experience, ability and the right attitude are equally important to us.
Pay: From £15.00 per hour
