We are looking for a Digital Content & Archival Coordinator who can take full ownership of our digital asset management systems and media content workflows. You aren’t just sorting files; you are defining our archival strategy and taxonomy. Key Responsibilities:
- DAM System Ownership: Organize, catalog, and maintain our digital asset management systems, ensuring seamless file structure and metadata consistency.
- End-to-End Archiving: Audit physical and digital art assets, digitize materials, and apply precise indexing, taxonomy, and permissions.
- Content Distribution: Coordinate and package high-quality digital assets across our online portals, social media channels, and partner platforms.
- System Health & Security: Conduct regular system audits, maintain secure cloud backups, and enforce strict digital asset rights management.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, technical, and marketing teams to ensure archival assets seamlessly support active digital campaigns.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM), digital archiving, media operations, or information management.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with DAM software, cloud storage ecosystems, metadata standards, and digital file formats (image, video, audio).
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous organizational skills with a passion for structured data, accurate indexing, and system health.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills to effectively collaborate with internal creative teams and external distribution partners.
- Mindset: Pragmatic and organized. You understand how to maintain museum-grade archival standards while meeting agile content delivery timelines.
Pay: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
