The Role
SSV Capital PLC is seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven, and commercially focused Senior Investment Broker – EIS Investments to join our growing Private Markets team based in Canary Wharf.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced EIS professional to play a pivotal role in raising capital for innovative, high-growth fintech businesses that are shaping the future of financial services. Working alongside senior leadership, you will engage with sophisticated investors, financial advisers, wealth managers, and professional intermediaries, building long-term relationships while supporting the Group's strategic fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead capital raising initiatives for the Group's EIS investment opportunities.
· Build, develop, and manage relationships with sophisticated investors, financial advisers, wealth managers, and professional introducers.
· Identify and convert new fundraising opportunities through your professional network and business development activities.
· Present the Group's investment propositions with confidence, professionalism, and commercial awareness.
· Manage investor relationships throughout the fundraising process, ensuring a high standard of communication and service.
· Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities, providing accurate activity updates and sales forecasts.
· Work closely with senior leadership to execute fundraising strategies and support the Group's long-term growth objectives.
· Represent SSV Capital PLC at investor meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry functions.
· Maintain a strong understanding of market developments, EIS investment trends, and the wider fintech sector.
Requirements
· Proven experience in EIS investment sales, capital raising, or investment broking.
· A successful track record of raising capital and achieving commercial objectives within the financial services sector.
· An established network of sophisticated investors, financial advisers, wealth managers, family offices, or professional intermediaries would be highly advantageous.
· Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
· Strong commercial awareness with the ability to develop and convert high-quality opportunities.
· Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven to perform in a target-oriented environment.
· A professional, ethical, and relationship-focused approach aligned with the Group's values of integrity, collaboration, and excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience raising capital under the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS).
· Previous experience within investment management, private markets, venture capital, corporate finance, or wealth management.
· A sound understanding of EIS, growth investing, and fundraising within the UK private investment market.
· Professional qualifications relevant to financial services or investment would be advantageous.
· A genuine interest in financial technology, digital banking, payments, artificial intelligence, and innovation.
