This is a customer-facing entry-level opportunity where you'll combine event coordination with campaign logistics, customer acquisition, and brand activation. You'll communicate directly with members of the public, support venue setups, coordinate promotional activities, and help deliver memorable interactive experiences on-site.
No previous coordination experience is required. You'll receive structured training, ongoing 1-on-1 coaching, and practical experience designed to help you progress into Senior Events Coordinator, Campaign Leader, Account Manager, and leadership positions.
Your Responsibilities
As an Events Coordinator, you'll:
- Engage directly with members of the public to understand their requirements and assist with account registrations.
- Support event enquiries, brand activations, and ongoing customer engagement across active venue sites.
- Assist with promoting client services, packages, and interactive campaign setups.
- Coordinate event schedules, display inventory, and daily venue logistics.
- Learn to track shift performance metrics and support overall campaign execution on-site.
- Assist with site preparations, venue setup routines, and on-site display management.
- Build positive relationships with customers, venue contacts, clients, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate customer registration records and shift reporting details.
- Gather customer feedback on-site and identify opportunities to refine campaign experiences.
- Participate in ongoing campaign coordination, customer service, and professional development training.

No previous event coordination experience is required. Previous experience in events, customer service, retail, hospitality, brand promotions, administration, or other customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential, as comprehensive paid training will be provided.
