The Role
Lead the operational planning and delivery of events at King's Cross, ensuring every confirmed booking is executed seamlessly from sales handover through to successful delivery.
Event Planning
- Own planning from confirmation through delivery.
- Produce function sheets and operational briefs.
- Lead planning meetings where required.
Food & Beverage Coordination
- Coordinate pre-orders.
- Confirm guest numbers and dietary requirements.
- Liaise with chefs and operations.
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate staffing and logistics.
- Work with suppliers and venue teams.
- Ensure every event is operationally ready.
Client Management
- Act as operational contact after sale.
- Manage planning communications and changes.
Event Delivery
- Oversee delivery where required.
- Resolve issues calmly.
- Review performance after every event.
About You
Essential
- Hospitality event management experience.
- Excellent planning skills.
- Strong operational knowledge.
- Outstanding communication.
- Calm under pressure.
Desirable
- Tripleseat experience.
- Corporate event experience.
- Multi-venue hospitality background.
