Wax London are seeking Store Associates to join our retail team and lead our concession area in Fenwick Newcastle. You will be the face of Wax; introducing customers to the brand, providing exceptional service and a memorable shopping experience. You will be personable, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Greeting and engaging customers in a warm and friendly manner.
- Developing a deep understanding of the product range, including our stories, silhouettes and fabrics.
- Offering expert advice on fit, styling and product care.
- Ensuring the concession area is clean, tidy and maintained to company standards.
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards, treating the product with respect and co-ordinating displays.
- Manage concession inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of merchandise is always available.
