Guaranteed hours, a fixed rota you agree in advance, and every hour paid — including your travel time between visits at £12.82 an hour plus 35p a mile. £12.91 an hour on weekdays, £13.55 at weekends and £16.00 on bank holidays, with a local round and regular clients rather than a different address every visit. What you'll get

The hours
Full-time is typically 30–40 hours over a fixed rota including two or three evenings to 22:00 and alternate weekends. Tell us on the application if you would prefer mornings only, evenings only, or weekends - we build rotas around people, not the other way round.
What you'll do
Visit clients in their own homes to help with personal care, meals, medication prompts and getting out and about. No experience needed; if you are kind, reliable and a good communicator, we will train you and pay you while we do. Experienced carers can join at the higher rate.
You'll need
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car (we help with business insurance)
- The right to work in the UK - we are not able to sponsor visas for this role
- To live within around 10 miles of Swindon
- An enhanced DBS check, which we arrange and pay for
